Sharia Versus Freedom: A Conference, A Briefing, and An Interview

This past week (Tuesday, November 13, 2012) I was privileged to speak at a conference “Benghazi: US Foreign Policy and the Influence of Shariah Doctrine,” organized by colleagues at The Center for Security Policy—under the aegis of Christine Brim and Frank Gaffney, and their remarkably competent and hard working staff. I shared the Kirby Center of Hillsdale College podium with my friend and colleague the indefatigable Frank Gaffney, as well as two other friends the: nonpareil journalist/writer Diana West, and the nonpareil analyst Steven Coughlin.

Later that day I was also given the opportunity to brief Texas’ gift to the US Congress, the wise, witty—and rarer still in this age, intellectually curious—Representative Louie Gohmert.

During my one day stay (Friday, 11/16/12) at The David Horowitz Center’s Restoration Weekend, I was interviewed by John Bachman of Newsmax Magazine.

Videos of all three appearances are provided below, along with a link to the text of my initial remarks at the Kirby Center, published at Pajamas Media.
